Colt Whittall
Founder & Managing Partner

       Colt Whittall currently serves as CEO of Bravo17, a digital consultancy founded to do system design, development and optimization for federal agencies with a focus on getting superior, measurable mission outcomes for its clients. He previously served as Chief Experience Officer of the Dept of the Air Force. In that role he helped improve user satisfaction with IT from 5 points underwater to 2X more satisfied than dissatisfied. Mr. Whittall previously led the deferral and healthcare practice areas of Isobar, a leading digital Agency.

Teal Walker
Managing Partner

        Teal brings a wealth of commercial digital experience to her 23+ years of working with the federal government, specifically the Department of Defense.  This combination of commercial experience with the knowledge of the federal government has allowed her to align best practices across industry verticals.  Her mission has always been to deliver exceptional work for her customers, enabling their utmost success.   She does this by building strong relationships with her colleagues, partners, and customers, as well as always listening to and understanding their needs.   Her strategic direction and operational mindset have allowed her to solve some of the most challenging issues faced by both her business and her customers.

 

       Prior to joining forces with Colt, Teal led the Federal practice at Isobar, a commercial digital agency, and most recently she managed the business and strategy side of Akamai Technologies' Defense Business enabling them to put process and structure in place in support of a growth model.  

 

         Outside of work, Teal is a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan, an avid runner, competitive equestrian, and the owner/operator of a winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
